Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Domus Star Technical Services L.L.C, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and individuals who access or use our services, whether in person, via our website, or through any communication channel.

Services Provided

Domus Star Technical Services L.L.C provides professional technical and maintenance services in Dubai, including but not limited to:

  • Plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance
  • Electrical installation, repair, and maintenance
  • Air conditioning services, installation, and repair
  • Carpentry and custom woodwork solutions
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Full renovation and fit-out services
  • Holiday home maintenance and support

Quotations & Agreements

All service quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for a limited period as stated on the quotation document. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work is modified after the quotation is issued.

A signed or confirmed acceptance of a quotation constitutes a binding agreement between the client and Domus Star Technical Services L.L.C for the services outlined therein.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property and scope of work required. Any delays caused by restricted access or inaccurate information may result in additional charges.

  • Provide clear access to the property and work areas
  • Ensure the work environment is safe for our team
  • Notify us of any existing conditions or concerns prior to commencement
  • Be available or designate a representative during service delivery

Limitation of Liability

Domus Star Technical Services L.L.C shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total value of the service contract.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damages resulting from factors outside our control, including force majeure events.

Warranties & Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty on completed services will be communicated clearly at the time of quotation or project handover. Warranty claims must be reported within the agreed warranty period and are subject to inspection by our team.

Warranties do not cover damages resulting from misuse, external interference, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations provided by our team.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and materials on the Domus Star website and communications are the property of Domus Star Technical Services L.L.C. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Domus Star Technical Services L.L.C reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
