Refund Eligibility

All refund requests are evaluated individually based on the circumstances surrounding the request. The following conditions are considered when assessing eligibility:

• Whether work has commenced or materials have been procured
• The reason for cancellation or dissatisfaction
• Any written agreements or special terms outlined in the quotation
• The extent of work completed at the time of the refund request

Pre-Commencement Refunds

If a client wishes to cancel a confirmed service before any work has started and before materials have been purchased, a refund of the advance payment may be considered. Requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.

Any administrative or processing fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Once a service has been fully or partially completed, payments are generally non-refundable. This includes cases where the client changes their mind after work has commenced.

• Services fully completed as per the agreed quotation
• Materials purchased or installed as part of the project
• Work partially completed where reasonable progress has been made
