Domus Star Technical Services L.L.C provides on-site technical and maintenance services across Dubai. As a service business, we do not ship physical products. All services are delivered directly at your property by our professional team.
Services are available for residential, commercial, and hospitality properties including villas, apartments, offices, retail spaces, and holiday homes.
Service Enquiry & Quotation
All service requests begin with an enquiry. Once we receive your request, our team will assess the scope of work and provide a detailed quotation. Quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for a limited period.
- Clients may submit enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, or email
- A site visit may be required for larger or complex projects
- Quotations are issued in writing for client review and approval
- Work commences only after the quotation is formally approved
Scheduling & Response Time
Upon confirmation of a service, our team will schedule the appointment at a time mutually agreed upon with the client. We aim to provide prompt scheduling and fast response, especially for urgent maintenance requirements.
Exact timeframes may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the project, material availability, and current workload. All scheduling details will be communicated clearly in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us as early as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows without prior notice may be subject to an administrative fee.
In the event our team is unable to attend at the scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative.
